“Forever Loved, Never Forgotten”

The Navy Gold Star Program is eternally grateful for the sacrifice of those Service Members who have died in service to our country. To help us to never forget, we have set up this tribute page to honor and remember the memory of those lives. If you would like to honor the memory of your Sailor, Soldier, Marine, Airman or Coast Guardsman through the Navy Gold Star website please submit your thoughts and a photo.

Agustin was born and raised in Los Angeles. He was an excellent golfer, but his true passion was mentoring in the Navy. As a Master Chief, he became a Chief Recruiter. His children meant the world to him. Although he passed away when his youngest child Aria Agustin was three months old, he made sure he left pictures, voice recordings and letters so she would know who he was. His favorite phrase was, “It is what it is.”
